DELIVERIES TO THE VENUE

Goods can be delivered from Monday 30th January 2012.  Please arrange to have one of your staff members onsite at the venue to receive the goods, or instruct the carrier to leave the goods without a signature.  Neither the venue nor the Organiser can receive deliveries on your behalf.

 


 

VISITOR VIP PROGRAM

Host your current clients at the Fair, using our free VIP Program.  Let us know who you would like to receive a VIP Pass to the Fair and we will ensure that they receive a letter inviting them as your VIP guest.  Many of your clients will already attend AIFF each year, however why not do something different this year and treat them to a VIP pass? Not sure who to invite?  You could even just send us your wish list of clients and we'll do the leg work to find them.  A value added service for exhibitors, we will put your name in front of your VIP's with a personalized invitation to the Fair. At the fair invite we encourage you to make use of the VIP Lounge to entertain your VIP guests in a private business environment. ELECTRONIC TRADE INVITATION

Complimentary trade invitations are now available for you to distribute to your clients in hard copy format. Electronic trade invites will be available shortly. 

Our professionally written and printed trade invitations are a valuable tool for you to promote your presence at the Fair to your existing and potential clients. Successful Exhibitors run a ‘pre-fair' publicity campaign. If you have not yet requested invitations, or would like more email furniture@aec.net.au with the quantity you require.


CATALOGUE LISTING

The official Fair catalogue will be available to all visitors to the Fair.  You will have been sent a copy of the catalogue details we currently have either with Newsletter 1 in October 2011, or with your stand agreement.  If you would like to make any changes to your catalogue listing, download the CATALOGUE DETAILS FORM here and fax the completed form to 03 9654 5596.  The deadline to appear in the catalogue is 18 November 2011.  Companies who sign up after this date will appear in the catalogue addendum.
