The Australian International Furniture Fair is a Free Trade Only Fair. Entry is restricted to bonafide members of the furniture & soft furnishings industry and over the age of 16. These include Retailers, Designers, Decorators, Architects and relevant buyers from Hotels, Restaurants, Healthcare, Aged Care, Government, Educators, Real Estate & Building and Construction.

Business ID may be required upon entry eg. Business card, letterhead or company documentation containing your company ABN. You may also be asked for personal identification such as a drivers licence to substantiate your identification.

Those not involved in the furniture & furnishings industry will not be admitted. Selling or promotion of products/services to exhibitors is not permitted. No photography or sketching permitted. Students will not be registered.

Yes all trade visitors must register for the Fair. If you would like to ensure you receive an invitation to the fair please tel +613 8672 1200 to register your details, or register to visit online. Alternatively you can register for the Fair when you arrive, however to avoid queues we recommend you pre-register.

Public Guests - No, do not register. This is a trade only event.

If you register online you will receive an email confirmation that gives you a summary of your registered details as well as your unique registration identification number.

You will receive your bCODE via email or SMS (depending on the option you request).

Your bCODE ticket will allow you the ability to scan this ticket, and print your own badge prior to entry into this event, at the pre-registration desk.

If you have requested your bCODE ticket via EMAIL this will also be sent to you commencing Thursday 19th January 2012.

If you have requested your bCODE ticket via SMS this will also be sent to your mobile commencing Sunday 29 January 2012.

Note that the Organiser reserves the right to cancel invalid registrations to ensure that entry is limited to bonafide trade visitors.

Yes, if you need to check what details have been registered please telephone the Organiser, Australian Exhibitions & Conferences on tel +613 8672 1200. Alternatively, your registration details can be altered when you arrive at the fair at the onsite registration desk located near the entrance to the Fair. You won't need to complete another registration form, simply present your business identification at the counter.

Yes, you are welcome to register at the onsite registration desk at the entrance to the Fair. We recommend pre-registration online to avoid any queues. All onsite registrations will require business identification.

Students will not be registered. Relevant Final Year Tertiary Students may visit Australian International Furniture Fair on Friday 3 February 2012 only. Course administrators MUST apply in writing to the Organiser prior to the Fair's commencement. Details must include institution, course, number of students and preferred attendance time. Trade Fair entry is restricted to Trade Only. Children under 16 may attend free of charge if accompanied by an adult at all times. There are no child minding facilities available at the venue.

For Government details on Visas visit Australian Government Immigration site at www.immi.gov.au Remember if you need to make a Visa Application make sure you do so well in advance as there is usually a processing period involved.
