New light on the subject

7 October 2009

Melbourne based furnishings company Town & Country Style has introduced a new lighting range designed to complement its existing product lines and working with the brand's signature "urban meets rustic" aesthetic.

The new ranges were appropriate for town homes, country houses or coastal dwellings, a Town & Country Style spokesperson confirmed, with many pieces characterised by a French rustic look and suitable for both interiors and exteriors.

"In our collection there is an extensive range of interior lighting as well as a large variety of outdoor lamps, made by hand in both Europe and England."

"The copper and lead-grey lamp-shades are still manually turned according to traditional methods, before being individually aged through a unique, specialised process. Characteristic of the range is the handmade finishing, which has an authentic, rough and robust presentation, often using beautifully textured natural materials."

Town & Country Style will showcase its ranges at the Australian International Furniture Fair at the Sydney Exhibition Centre from 3-5 February 2010.
